Compile
Compiling eCTDs are now easier than ever. During compilation, eCTDXPress retrieves submission files and places them into an eCTD folder hierarchy while adding hyperlinks and automatically generating XML. The submission is then verified and validated against the DTD and MD5 Checksum. eCTDXPress also searches for extra and missing files in the submission to ensure quality control. The final output is a ready-to-distribute eCTD ready for submission.

In addition, eCTDXPress maximizes efficiency with multiple options for incremental compilation: choose which files need to be compiled or re-compiled if needed; also choose to compile specific modules or just specific files.

Validation and Verification
Ensure that submissions are compliant with ICH and regional guidance. eCTDXPress validates your submission’s XML against the DTD and SPL files automatically. It also validates bookmarks and links automatically to ensure reliable navigation, and generates comprehensive reports that give you in-depth information on which files need correcting - even down to the exact hyperlink that needs repair.
